Turnaround time is 7-14 biz days. (with it being more at the 7 day or less mark right now).  No more than 14 days though.

Q. Why would a TAT vary compared to orders that ship immediately from larger companies?

Orders from Isle of Eden are freshly made to fit the needs of each individual customer order with great care.  We want to ensure that you do receive the best attention to detail, and receive wonderful products that smell amazing in order to create an experience for each customer that receives our products.  Due to the custom nature of our product, our turnaround time may be slightly longer than what you are used to for "off the shelf" products, but we hope that the wait is worth it for our fresh, fun and unique products.
