The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about Isle of Eden and our products. In addition, you may be able to purchase products and services through the Site.

Product and Service Availability:
Reference to any product or service on the Site does not constitute an offer to sell or supply that product or service and does not mean that the product or service is available. Inventory information is generally available on the Site for domestic (U.S.) merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that merchandise will be shipped after you place your order. However, we cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, if an item that is marked "In stock" in your shopping cart when you place your order is sold out at the time your order is processed. If you receive your order with an out-of-stock item, please contact us immediately to resolve the situation. We will offer you a refund, store voucher, and if the items are back in-stock, we will mail your product out to you straight away.
Colors:
We try to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Our scrubs and bath creams are colored creatively by our "scrub artists," who are free to be as creative as they wish. We take great pride in our scrubs and bath creams being beautiful, and some of our scrubs are very colorful, swirled with colors, and even decorated on the tops with colored sugars, fairy dust, candies, etc.
Use of our products (please patch test first):
IsleofEden.com is not liable for any and all damages caused by the misuse of our products. Ingredients are listed on our product labels, as well as our website. Allergic reactions can occur without warning or without prior history, therefore we suggest conducting a patch test prior to using any product you purchase from us. A patch test helps to ensure that the product is compatible with your skin. If you have sensitive skin, it is advisable not to use products that contain fragrance oils such as cinnamon oils or cherry oils, which can cause a rash, so please refrain from using "spicy" types of scents. Right to refuse service:
IsleofEden.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. We hope to never refuse service, as we take great pride in the products we offer and the level of confidence our customers have placed on the products we create. If you have any problem with the company or its products, please contact us so that we can make every effort to rectify the problem and make you happy. If you
have any concerns, please direct them to us, so that we may help you solve any problem.
Please do not eat the goodies:
Our bath and body products smell very yummy, and some even look yummy (and some even have candy decorations), but please, no matter how good they look, or smell, they are not intended to be ingested (including the candy decorations). Please keep these products away from children. Please be careful when using some of our body goodies as your tub/shower area may become slick and slippery. Should you experience an irritation from using any of our products, discontinue use immediately. Consult a doctor if the condition worsens or persists. If you use any of our bath bombs, or scrubs that contain butters and oils (velvet buttercreme is one of them), please take great care in the bath or shower, as the bath and shower area may become slick.
Tarts (candles)
Please practice safe candle burning. When applicable, burn a candle in a proper container. Keep a candle away from drafts and draperies. Burn a candle on a heat resistant surface. Our tarts are designed to be used in tart burners, and tart warmers. Please practice safe tart burning when using any of our tarts. Please keep out of reach of children.

Newsletters:
You will not receive any newsletters, unless you specifically sign up for them. If you do not wish to receive newsletters any longer, please log into your account, and "untick" the box that says "subscribed" and change that to "unsubscribed." If you wish to no longer be part of our website, please just delete your account. If you need any help, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Swapping:
IsleofEden.com is not liable in any way for any product that has been given or sold to
you in a swap or sale. We can only only encourage you to do patch tests, etc. before trying any product.
Backorders (out of stock):
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from our manufacturing facilities or suppliers. In some cases, we are researching or waiting for stock information from one or more of our suppliers.
Isle of Eden will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If you receive an order that has missing (o.o.s.) items, please contact us immediately at: alexa@isleofeden.com, give us your name, order #, and what item was out-of-stock (o.o.s) and we will issue you a voucher, or refund immediately. If the item and/or items, are back in stock, then we will ship your items to you.
